Man Accused Of Selling Drugs Close To School Due In Court

A man accused of selling drugs too close to a school is in jail and will face a judge Wednesday morning.

A man accused of selling drugs too close to a school is in jail and will face a judge Wednesday morning.

Pitt County authorities arrested and charged 27-year-old Lamone Harrison with possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, having the drug within a thousand feet of school, and having drug paraphernalia.

Harrison's criminal record includes convictions for assault and battery, according to the Department Of Corrections.

Harrison is being held at the Pitt County Sheriff's Office under a $30,000 bond. He will make his first court appearance Wednesday morning.
