Authorities say a registered sex offender has exposed himself yet again to people in his neighborhood, this time to a mother and her adult daughter.

Robert Springle, who lives on Dorcus Drive in Morehead City was arrested Sunday was charged with indecent exposure and placed in jail on a $15,000 bond.

Deputies say the 59-year-old man is accused of standing in his yard and wearing an opened robe while touching himself in front of the women, who are 44 and 23 years old.

It's not the first time Springle has been arrested for such activity. Deputies say the man is awaiting his court date for doing the same thing last November to two other women and a child in his old neighborhood.

Springle was originally convicted in Florida for two counts of lewd and lascivious act of indecent exposure in front of a child. Those happened in 1988 and 2004.

Springle has a December 12th court date on the latest charges.
