Killer Accidentally Released From SC Jail

Police are searching for a convicted killer from North Carolina who was mistakenly freed from the York County jail while facing drug charges.

Sheriff Bruce Bryant says 31-year-old Thomas Aaron Whitlock was apparently released from the jail Monday, but authorities didn't realize the mistake until Tuesday afternoon.

Bryant says he's started an investigation into how the mistake happened.

Whitlock was convicted in May of second-degree murder in the 2009 shooting death of Jamie Thompson in Charlotte, N.C. Whitlock also has prior convictions for burglary, robbery and drug charges in South Carolina.
Authorities in both states are searching for Whitlock, who managed to evade police for months after Thompson's murder. Whitlock was eventually arrested in Texas.

They don't want/need our help. They're doing fine without the public's help.

OK so does anyone think we need to fix our system yet.......... How much money do you think these two states will spend looking for this person? WOW... No wonder why people like this just laugh about the crimes that they commit. They know that someone will fail to do their job because the system is so broken and over loaded. We need to start turning to our God to help correct what man had made…

Big deal......they're letting killers, sex offenders, thiefs, etc out every single day in this country. There is no capital punishment handed down any more from our LAME USELESS GOOD-FOR-NOTHING "justice" system.
