Alcohol will be flowing again at a Goldsboro strip club after a state judge tossed out a recent suspension of its liquor permits.

Teasers on Highway 117 South lost its state alcohol permits on November 10th after the state ABC board ordered a "last call" because of problems at the business.

Authorities had cited six cases since May where police were called to the nightclub in which customers were either shot, stabbed, or where large-scale fights were taking place.

But an administrative law judge ruled the suspension would be lifted, because allegations listed were hearsay that likely would not hold up in a hearing and that no one has been convicted in any of offenses.

Teasers will be allowed to serve alcohol until a full hearing on its license is held. Among conditions the club must meet include providing enough security, closing by 2:30 a.m. and not allow patrons to have any weapons, either inside or in the parking lot .
