Search Continues For A Man Concealing A Fully-Loaded Gun

Police are asking for your help in identifying person who was out on the streets early Wednesday morning. Greenville police say Officer Emmanual Moore, who was on patrol around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday ended up questioning a man riding a bicycle with no lights or reflectors on South Memorial Dr. near the Economy Inn. Officer Moore reported the man was nervous and sweating, and he began to pat the man down.

Police say the man tried to get his coat away from the officer, but he was unable to hide his fully loaded gun. Police were able to seize the RG Industries brand .22 caliber gun, before the man ran off behind homes in the Village Drive neighborhood.

The suspect is described as a black male approximately 20 years old, about 5'7" tall and weighing about 120 lbs. The suspect was last seen wearing a green shirt and blue jeans.
