A Greene County man is in trouble with the law after he used Facebook to try and lure a 14-year-old girl to meet him for sex.
Kevin Heath, 29, of Walstonburg, was arrested Friday for using the social networking site to meet the teen. The girl lived down the street from him, according to the Kinston Free Press. Although police say the two never met, Heath is charged with felony soliciting a child by computer.
He has since bonded out of the Greene County jail. Heath was already on probation for communicating threats in an unrelated case.
