A woman convicted of larceny in the past is back behind bars, accused of stealing debit cards to pay her bills.
Latisha Burt of Goldsboro remains behind bars under a $5,000 bond right now. Goldsboro police say the 38-year-old stole a debit card from a home in October and tried several times to make purchases at businesses including Progress Energy.
