Goldsboro Police Looking For Teen Who Shot Three People

Police are searching for a man who allegedly shot three people.

Goldsboro Police are looking for 17-year-old Malik Ward of Wilmington Avenue in Goldsboro.

Police say they responded to shots being fired at Beestown Grocery on Slocumb Street around 3:15 Wednesday afternoon.

Three people were hit by gunfire, including 23-year-old Kendall Boone, 20-year-old Robert Cole and 23-year-old Tyron Jones. Cole and Jones were both airlifted to Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.

Investigators say Ward shot Cole in the face and then exchanged gunfire with the other victims before fleeing.

Police believe the suspect's hair was cut short since the attached picture was taken.

If anyone has information on Ward's whereabouts, they're asked to call Goldsboro Police or Crimestoppers.
