Goldsboro Murder Suspect 1st Appearance Set For Monday

A murder suspect on the run for over a month is expected to make his first appearance in a Wayne County courtroom.

Quinton Swinson II was arrested on November 1st by Goldsboro Police. He was found at a residence in Mount Olive.

Police believe he is responsible for the shooting death of 18-year-old Jarius Saunders inside of Teaser's night club on September 30th. When police arrived, saunders was already dead. Swinson is facing several other charges in addition to murder.

He is in the Wayne County Jail under no bond.
