Two people are facing charges after what was not your standard drug bust.
The Pitt County Sheriff's Office says Raymond Eakes and Sara Defraties, both 26 years old, were arrested Friday after deputies say they found 30 marijuana plants growing in a home on Kathryn Lane outside of Greenville, off Stantonsburg road.
Eakes remained behind bars early Tuesday under a $50,000 bond. Records indicate Defraties posted a $20,000 bond to get out of jail.
