Deputies say a man who was arrested nearly two months ago for an armed robbery returned to the scene of the crime only to be arrested once again.
Jonathan Nichols was arrested Friday for second degree trespassing and stalking.
Pitt County deputies say Nichols and a woman were charged with robbing an employee of the store's deposit bag outside the Wilco Hess on Highway 33 near Blackjack Simpson Road on March 16th. Nichols was banned from returning to the business, but deputies say he did so on Friday and was arrested.
Nichols' bond was set at $20,000 secured.
