Onslow County narcotics agents say they followed Charles Lightsey to his Jacksonville home to serve him with outstanding warrants when they say the man fled on foot.
Lightsey was arrested and agents say they found a bag of suspected methamphetamine on him. A search of his Jacksonville property turned up two meth labs and other supplies for making drugs.
Charles Lightsey is being held in the Onslow County Jail on a $136,000 bond
