Deputies say a Washington man gave them someone else's name when he was arrested for drunk driving back in August.
Robert Hogans is charged with identity theft, DWI and driving while license revoked after deputies got information Tuesday that a man's identity was used fraudulently.
Deputies compared photographs and conducted interview and determined that Hogans misled authorities when he was arrested on August 20th. The 28-year-old man's bond was set at $2,000 while deputies say the original charges against the victim will be dismissed.
