A concerned citizen noticed someone walking behind local businesses carrying a flat screen television.
After calling police, officers discovered that T.V. and other items were stolen from a nearby home.
Goldsboro police arrested, 21-year-old Christopher Williams for Breaking and Entering and Possession of Stolen Goods.
It happened Tuesday afternoon near South Harding Drive.
Officers say a citizen called them when they saw Williams with the TV.
Officers located two T.V.'S in the bushes where Williams was seen carrying the flat screen.
Williams is now in jail under a $17,500 secured bond.
