A Greene County man who was arrested after deputies say he was smoking pot behind the wheel, with a baby inside the car was due in court Friday, but the case was continued.
31-year-old Jason Morelock of Hookerton was arrested in October during a driver checkpoint in Jones County.
Deputies say there was a baby in the backseat of the car and he was "reeking" of marijuana which prompted a search of the vehicle. The search revealed drug paraphernalia, eight guns and $500.
His case was continued until March 30.

Jones County lawmen arrested Jason Morelock, 31, of Hookerton, Wednesday night. Deputies say Morelock drove to a checkpoint reeking of marijuana. Once they took Morelock and an infant out of the car, lawmen found drug paraphernalia, $500 and eight guns.
Morelock is charged with trafficking opium, possession with intent to sell marijuana, driving while impaired, child abuse and possession of a firearm by a felon.
