Police in one Eastern Carolina city need your help in identifying an armed robber.
Early Thursday morning a gunman came into the Wilco Hess on Sunset Avenue in Rocky Mount. He demanded money and cigarettes from the clerk.
No one was injured in the hold-up and the robber got away on foot, headed in a northeast direction from the store. Police released several surveillance photos of the robber. In the pictures you can see the store clerk on the floor while the gunman helps himself to the cash register.

He is described as a black man, thin build, approximately 6'2" and in his 20's. He was wearing all black with a black shirt around his head and possibly wearing white gloves.
