Deputies say a business owner recognized his own secretary as the person using the company's stolen credit card.

Jessica Swinson of Mount Olive has been charged with unlawful obtaining a credit card, financial card fraud and obtaining property by false pretense.

Wayne County deputies say the stolen credit card was used some five times at various Walmarts in the area. When deputies showed the business owner surveillance video from the stores, the owner identified the woman as his secretary.

The business owner tells us Swinson worked for him since last January and he's now asking deputies to investigate other financial irregularities he has since discovered.

The 30-year-old Swinson was jailed on a $7,500 secured bond.
