Four people and a juvenile were arrested after a Christmas Eve brawl.

Jacksonville police say at 4:15 Saturday afternoon, officers received a call about a fight on the 1300 block of Davis Street, near River Street.

Once on the scene, they found juveniles and adults arguing. According to police several of the people involved in the fight did not cooperate with police and were arrested.

37-year-old, Jonathan Gutierrez is charged with assault on a law enforcement officer, resist delay and obstruct among other charges, his son, 19-year-old, Jonathan Gutierrez, Jr., is also charged with the same things as well as assault by strangulation.
22-year-old Angel Manuel Ruporto faces assault on a law enforcement officer, resist delay and obstruct and failure to disperse and 57-year-old, Daisy Augustina Betancourt, is charged with failure to disperse. Due to the age of the juvenile, their name was not released.

Officers say there were no serious injuries.
