A Goldsboro man has been charged in a shooting that injured another man last month.
Rondray Gooding was arrested Monday at a home on Day Circle for assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury with intent to kill.
Police say Miguel Phillips was shot several times back on July 22nd on Olivia Lane. Phillips was eventually transferred to Pitt County Memorial Hospital.
The 32-year-old Gooding was jailed on a $100,000 secured bond.
