WITN had the only camera at the Jones County courthouse on Wednesday.

39-year-old Dammion Martin of Maysville is charged with two felony counts of sex offense with a student, and two counts of second-degree sexual offense.

On Wednesday, one of the alleged victims took the stand. She was shaking and crying as she testified that Martin forced her into a sex act at Jones Senior High School. The incident occurred in April 2006 when she was a student.

A detective then took the stand to read a statement by the other alleged victim, saying Martin forced her to perform a sex act on him in November 2008 when she, too, was a student.

The judge dismissed jurors at 3:30 p.m. due to severe weather. Court will resume Thursday at 9:30 am.
