Police say they now have the man in custody they say tried to rob an ATM in Kinston last month.
Raymond Koonce was arrested Thursday around 3:00 p.m. on Parker Street. He was arrested on charges of attempted common law robbery and B&E of a motor vehicle.
Police say Koonce is the man shown in a surveillance photo trying to rob a motorist at an ATM in front of Roses on North Herritage Street on November 19th. The robbery attempt happened around 3:00 p.m.
His bond was set at $20,000.
