It's time to put a stop to crime. Just like the 16 year old that was shot and killed trying to rob an elderly man and his wife a couple of years ago. This is the way criminals need to be delt with. Shoulda made no difference that that thief didn't have a weapon. If the ederly man hadn't of had a weapon the thugs would have beaten him and his wife. When you decide to rob or do other things to people, you should get what you have coming to you. PERIOD.

People need to learn if you don't have, you do without. If you ask first maybe someone will be willing to help you. One has no right to commit a crime because of hard times and in some cases sure laziness. There are all kinds of ways to make a honest dollar-especially when jobs are scarce. Hint: wash cars, handy-man skills, mow lawns, paint jobs, etc...

Robbery is the crime of seizing property through violence or intimidation. At common law, robbery is defined as taking the property of another, with the intent to permanently deprive the person of that property, by means of force or fear. Burglary (also called breaking and entering[1] and sometimes housebreaking)[2] is a crime, the essence of which is entry into a building for the purposes of committing an offence. Usually that offence will be theft. There is a difference between "robbery" and "burglary". Just a friendly tip.
