What was he doing here? Well duh. Even NYC scumbags see Rocky Mount as a base of operations, as if it's not crappy enough here.

Rasheem Williams, an alleged subway serial robber, was captured by authorities in Rocky Mountain, North Carolina. This is from WABC-TV, NY, NY. Says his crime spree lasted from Jan '09-Aug '09 (at least 14). He stole credit cards, money and demanded pin numbers. Told the victims he was armed. No one was injured in any of the robberies. Displayed knife at the last one.

So if you're poor, it's ok to commit crimes. Whatever.

Rocky Mount - one of the nation's most impoverished cities. He's one of the reasons why.

What was he doing here? Same thing all the other scumbags like him: dealing and hustleing. Every time one of these guys commits a crime here in the east they go home back to Philly or NYC, or vice versa. I find no shock that he was picked up in Rocky Mount or even Greenville.

What u think he was here? Hiding out from the NYPD. People needs to own up to their wrong doing and stop hiding or trying to hide.
