Greenville Police say, David Andrews was wanted in the shooting of two people over the weekend, but now they say he has surrendered.
At 5:00 pm David Tyrone Andrews was brought to the Greenville Police Department by his mother where he turned himself in. Andrews was transported to the Pitt County Detention Center where he was placed under a $1.5 million secured bond.
Police say they know who shot a brother and a sister over the weekend in Greenville. Now they just need to find him.
David Andrews, who is just 16-years-old, is wanted for two counts of attempted murder and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
The shooting happened around 11:40 p.m. in the 1800 block of Hopkins Drive Friday night.
Police say the victims, Shawanda Pittman and Travis Pittman, had a dispute with some people just prior to the shots being fired.
At the time of the shooting, Andrews, who goes by "DJ", was out on bond for a pending common law robbery charge.

A brother and sister were shot while standing outside a Greenville home Friday night.
It happened on Hopkins Drive just before midnight.
Police say the two were in an "altercation" with some people just before the shooting.
Both victims, 24-year-old Shawanda Pittman and 20-year-old Travis "TJ" Pittman, were taken to Pitt County Memorial Hospital. Both live at the Hopkins Drive address. Police say they sustained serious injuries.
The search is on for the shooter or shooters.
