Autopsy Shows Woman Strangled, Found Naked In Bed

An autopsy says a Marine wife, who was found strangled to death, was found by police lying naked in her bed.

Cody Richardson was kicked out of the Marine Corps after his September 21st arrest for killing his wife at their Jacksonville apartment. The autopsy says Richardson confessed to killing Jessy Richardson with a belt, and then leaving her body in the apartment for two days.

The autopsy says the 21-year-old woman died from asphyxiation by strangulation. It says the woman's body had several bruises on it, including her lower lip, lower back, thigh, knees, ankles and on the right shoulder. The autopsy says there were faint markings of a belt on the woman's neck, compatible with a belt found in the couple's apartment.

The husband remains in jail on a $1-million bond.

The video was just something I was listening to today... That's all, no big deal. I know the complex where the girl died in Jacksonville.... Just a freak thing in my opinion, but the guy needs to be held accountable.

Dont drink the water in jacksonville. Part of the problem is that men are raised to not show emotion and to not need help ... that being said to get help is taken as being weak.

There is a huge population of people in Jacksonville, NC and of that population the rate of crime is pretty darn low. Yes, one is too many but what I don't understand is how bad behavior is always blamed on some other person or entity. Allow Richardson to take responsibility, don't give him excuses.

Hey Ghostrecon what does Hank Jr. Video have to do with this? I agree that lately there have been a lot of Marines in the news. I'm not of active duty any more but, I do want to kill anyone. I agree there should be more counseling and therapy for troops returning from war zones.

This guy had some MAJOR spousal abuse issues. Im sure this was not the first time. Too bad Jessy did not find her way out of that relationship before this jerk killed her.

The Military breeds murderers. They are trained killers, that is there job. Not all humans can handle that job. I for one can not so I choose to stay out of the military. There should be more mental screening before camp, and after each deployment so we can help these marines readjust to life without killing. My father was a Marine and serverd 2 tours in Veitnam, you can't tell me war doesn't affect all aspects of life including home and family life long after the war is over!

I can't beleave what is happening with these Marines down here. This is the third killing. She was such a pretty girl.God only knows what I would of doneto him if that had been my daughter.I suppose besides jail time tar&feather's would be out of the question? I didn't like the idea of the Marines kicking him out of the servise. He should of had to do jail time there to.The Marines want the easy way out so they can close there books on him.
