They already smoked it. Don't you know that the smell of marijuana lingers. Normally, if there is one drug, there is another. Hello, this is RMT we are talking about. Bout time, the cops start arresting people for it. There is nothing but crime & drugs here.....

WOW! Big bust in Rocky Mount.I sure hope the amount stated was a mistake, because if it is not I want some of my TAX money back.Does the Rocky Mount police department really have nothing better to do? What about a summons?I have forwarded this story to the Governors office and have asked for a cost breakdown of this arrest.

It's more safe than going after the gang-bangers.

2.33 grams? What a waste of manpower and money, that is ridiculous.

Shouldn't the law enforcement be spending its time/money taking finding the guys killing people instead of arresting people for posession of 2.33 grams of weed and a bowl, oh and lets not forget the single $10 counterfeit bill that he's getting another charge for. This is crazy business.

I worked for federal Law Enforcement for over 30 years and in all that time, I have never seen an arrest for 2.33 grams of marijuana. Was this a typo?I sure hope so.
