UPDATE: Frying Pan Assault Case Continues

The court case continues against a woman accused of hitting her husband with a frying pan after a bad breakfast.

71 year-old Rosie Lewis hit her 85 year-old husband in the head with a pan in August after he raised his cane towards her. That's according to the Halifax County Sheriff's Office.

Lewis had a court appearance scheduled for September 23. Online court records show she has another appearance scheduled for October 28.

Has she been watching those Madea movies? He raised the cane, she raised the frying pan. Her aim was just better.

Rosie - you can come live with my family and you won't have to cook ... unless you want to. And if you do cook us something, you can be sure we'll tell you it's the best daggoned thing we ever ate! Good luck to you Rosie.
