A group of moms marched many miles around one eastern Carolina community Thursday to raise awareness for their missing or murdered daughters.
Justice and peace was the motivation for the group M.O.M.S.--which stands for Murdered Or Missing Sisters-- to march nearly 10 miles Thursday evening to raise awareness for their missing loved ones.
Stephanie Jones--the founder of M.O.M.S. hopes the march will encourage authorities to continue their search after officials caught one suspected killer with the arrest of Antwan Pittman on Tuesday.
Jacqueline Wiggins marched with the understanding it may be too late to save her daughter's life, but not too late to save the life of someone else's daughter.
Jones says she is preparing a volunteer list in order to form a search team for the remaining three missing women.
