Attack On Elderly Fisherman "Racially Motivated"

Two teenagers have been arrested in what Baltimore police say was a racially motivated attack on an elderly black fisherman.

Police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi says 17-year-old Zachary Watson and 16-year-old Emmanuel Miller were arrested early Thursday morning.

He says both will face numerous charges in the beating early Tuesday of 76-year-old James Privott.

A third suspect is already in custody. Twenty-eight-year-old Calvin Lockner has been charged with crimes including attempted murder, assault and armed carjacking.

All three suspects are white. Police say Lockner goes by the nickname "Hitler" and has a tattoo of the Nazi leader. Court documents show Lockner told police the victim was beaten because of his race.
