POLICE: Burglary Suspect Caught Red-Handed

Jacksonville police say they caught a man inside of a gas station Sunday morning after the store's alarm sounded.

Officers say they responded to Daughtry's Exxon on Onslow Dr. in Jacksonville around 1:30 a.m. Sunday. Inside, police say they found 24-year-old Jesus Hernandez.

Hernandez tried to escape by going out a back window, lawmen say, but he was caught.

Police charged Hernandez with breaking and entering, along with property damage. His bond was set at $1,000.

TO WITN , there is a big difference between the terminology of robbery, and breaking and entering.when you report robbery , people think that someone had a weapon and held someone up as if the business was opened. the business was closed and he was charged with breaking and entering, add larceny if he had taken anything and damage to personal property.pumping up the headlines there?
