Body Of Man Found Hanging From Playground Equipment

Police say two women bringing young children to an Ohio park found the body of man hanging from playground equipment.

Police Capt. Rick Myers in Stow, about 25 miles southeast of Cleveland, says it's fortunate the children were under 2 and that no other youngsters were in the park Thursday afternoon. He says the sight could have been traumatic for older children.

Myers says the 49-year-old man was hanging by knotted clothes. The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.

Shame on you "enc" for not being a little more compassionate, those that commit suicide are not concerned about location or who will see the results. They just want death.

People let their young children watch the news on TV. I had a 3 or 4 year old come to me and express his sadness about the 4 people who died on Ocrakoke Island because of the fireworks explosion. They let children watch anything now. I'm glad these children were young enough to hopefully not notice it.

if it was a suicide, shame on him for doing it where children that could process it might have found it. if a murder, shame on the killers. little respect for children these days from acts like this, tying kids to trees, sexual assaults...let kids be kids. there is enough garbage for them to deal with when they "grow up".

Sad story! I would have probably freaked out if I saw this. That is scary as well.
