Someone is buying the Cesar Laurean home in Jacksonville.
The ranch-style home is where deputies say the former Camp Lejeune Marine killed Lance Corporal Maria Lauterbach and buried the pregnant woman's body in the backyard.
A bank foreclosed on the home last year, and no one bought it at a courthouse auction where the opening bid was $102,000.
The home went on the market June 3rd for $92,900 and went under contract last week. The realtor tells WITN News that the home is selling for higher than the listing price and the deal should close in about 30 days.
The realtor says the new owner knows what's happened at the house and has even signed a disclosure statement saying they were aware of the home's history.
