FIRST ON WITN: Woman Charged With Methadone Overdose Murder

A woman has been charged with murder after autopsy results came back on another woman's death nearly three months ago.

Karen Davidson of Jacksonville is charged with second degree murder, possession with intent to sell and deliver a controlled substance and selling a controlled substance.

Jacksonville police say Samantha Sell was found dead in an apartment at Reserve Apartments back on March 5th. Authorities say the 22-year-old woman died from a methadone overdose.

Police say during their investigation, Davidson was developed as a suspect. They say the 20-year-old was arrested after toxicology reports on Sell were delivered this week.

Davidson's bond is set at $75,000.

The "comment" section is for you to "comment" on the article. Not to fuss back and forth about. Give yourself a break and calm down, it's not that important to argue about, let people write what they want to write. Have a great day!

Meth isn't a prescription drug but Methadone is a prescription drug used by Heroin addicts to kick the habit.
