Woman Dodges Bullet

A woman dodged a bullet in her car outside of a food mart, police say.

Rocky Mount Police say the woman was sitting in the driver's seat of her car in the parking lot of Jimmy’s Food Mart at 719 Raleigh Rd. Around 10:15 p.m. Tuesday, police say the woman saw two men wearing black clothing and bandanas over their faces shooting at a white truck her in her direction. The woman told police she ducked down in her seat, which may have saved her life. A bullet hole was found in the passenger side windshield, and the bullet traveled through the head rest and then through the back seat.

Police say the gunmen ran away from the crime scene. They have not been identified.

Why can the gangs not be treated as terrorist. The law of Terrorist are easier for our judical system to handle as well as law enforcement. The only difference between Gangs and a Terrorist is where they are born. They both try to intimidate people to do what thay want them to do. I sy hang-em and hang-em often. Take-em off our streets.

I feel bad for the woman but congratgulate her in saving her own life. Way to go woman! For the shooters, they need to go on death row if their intent was to kill that woman or another person. If the intention was to damage the car, then they should be put in jail for a long long time.
