Man Accused Of Throwing Infant From Car On Highway

A 21-year-old man is in custody in Florida, accused of throwing his
ex-girlfriend's 3-month-old son from his car on an interstate highway.

The body of the child was found near Interstate 275 north of downtown Tampa this week.

Police captured Richard McTear several hours later. He's charged with first-degree murder and other charges.

According to police, McTear had been arguing with his
17-year-old ex-girlfriend at her apartment when he began beating her and the child. She told authorities that McTear threw the baby down on the concrete, then picked him up and fled in his car.

A TV news photographer spotted the baby's body on his way to work.

A sheriff's spokeswoman says the medical examiner's office will determine at what point the baby died.

Police say McTear is not the baby's father.

My prayers go out to the mother and family of this little boy. i don't no y someone so stupid would do this to a little boy. this man who did this is gonna wish one day that he would of never did this to this little boy. only someone so stupid would ever dod this.what if someone threw you out of a car and on to a highway how would you feel? so think how stuff before you do something like throwing out a little boy onto a highway or an interstate! i would feel pretty bad if i were u and i threw my child onto a highway or and interstate. like alot of people say children have a 100% of ETERNAL HEAVEN when they die because they haven't committed sin, but if they were to grow up and commit sin then they would go to HELL. so pleas think about things before you do them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i keep this little little boys mother and her family in my prayers!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm saddened by this story because this baby was robbed of what could have been a happy life full of friends, family, music and the other joys we take for granted every day. But, my Christians, let me get this straight. Children have a 100% chance of ETERNAL HEAVEN when they die, but if they grow up, that guarentee is revoked and there is a chance of ETERNAL HELL. So would you say that you believe this man did the baby a favor? Would you say you'd rather the baby die like this and get a free ticket to heaven than to grow up and possibly go to hell? Because if there really is an eternal heaven and a hell, I'd rather have the 100% guarentee. And R-Truth should get an IC title run.

What is this world coming to? It seems stories like this are happening more and more frequently. I am sorry for the mother and the family. He will have to answer for his actions from the MAN ABOVE.

What a pathetic peice of crap. I hope they beat the snot out of him when he goes to jail. How could anyone hurt a harmless little baby? The girl should have put up some kind of fight when he hit that baby. I don't care how big and bad he thought he was. He'll get what's coming to him in the long run; if not on earth then in hell becuase he just bought a one way ticket there. My thoughts and prayers are with the family of this poor baby.

R-Truth: Any baby gors to Heaven when it dies. Children have not learned to "sin". There are provisions made by God for children up to a certain age of responsibilty. But defintely and 3month old is in heaven.

You really have to be careful the type of individuals you associate with, especially if you're going to have these people around your children.

“Let the children come to me; do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God. Truly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child shall not enter it.” And he took them in his arms and blessed them, laying his hands on them. (Mark 10:13-16 ESV)

What is wrong with people today? How can anyone harm an innocent child? I hope he receives the punishment he deserves.
