No Charges Now For Mom Who Ordered Kids Out Of Car

Charges will probably be dismissed against the suburban New York City mother who ordered her bickering daughters out of her car and drove off without them.

White Plains City Judge Eric Press on Thursday adjourned the child endangerment case against 45-year-old Madlyn Primoff.

The judge has agreed to dismiss the charge if Primoff stays out of trouble for six months.

Primoff said after her court appearance that "clearly I made a mistake."

She was arrested last month after a passer-by found her 10-year-old daughter upset on a White Plains street. Primoff also has a 12-year-old daughter.

Primoff's lawyer says she drove around the block expecting to pick the girls up but couldn't find them.

IF she was convicted then half of the parents in the country would have to go to jail. I am not saying all parents do this, but more than half do. Fighting in the car is not uncommon. It can cause car accidents. I know this first hand. Also, when you are a parent its not uncommon to say if you do such and such again I will pull over and make you walk. The woman just had enough and wanted to teach her spoiled children a lesson. One that looks like it worked. If not she should throw them out for making her go through this. Its just to much.

I think there are plenty of parents out there who have done this!!! Pull over, get out!! Unfortunately in this day and age it's not safe to do that due to the creeps in the world but...we've all been there!

When I was growing up, knew parents that did that all the time. By the time the two that were fighting got home they were friends again.
