Three Teens Charged With Fatal Beating Of Homeless Man

Three teenagers have been arrested in the fatal beating of a homeless man in Northern California.

Redding police say 18-year-old Albert Sanchez and two juveniles were arrested Thursday in the death of Timothy Alcorn. The 48-year-old man's body was found in a canyon this week.

The three are being held in Shasta County while prosecutors review the case. District Attorney Jerry Benito says prosecutors are considering charging the two younger teens as adults.

Alcorn was last seen alive Saturday by a witness who said he had a head wound. An autopsy found he died from at least one blow to the head. Redding is 160 miles north of Sacramento.

Now them children know they did not have to do that to a homeless man who probably wont even doing nothing to them. Make them suffer for what they did because it was wrong

Kids don't care about the value of a human life. They will kill others, kill themselves, with no remorse or thought behind it. No jail for these idiots. I'm not sure what the death penalty is for the state of CA, but save us the tax dollars and just do to them what they did to this poor homeless man. Do EXACTLY what they did to this homeless man. No gas......eye for an eye. It has to stop somewhere.

If the homeless man was doing nothing to them lock them up for life. Let people know right now that you can't bet or kill someone just because they are homeless.

This is so sick! Kids who probably think they entitled because the man was homeless. Let's hope there's more than a slap on the wrist for these three.....
