Suspected Craigslist Killer Arrested

Boston police say a suspect has been arrested in connection with the killing in a luxury hotel last week of a woman who advertised massage services on Craigslist.

Police Commissioner Ed Davis says 22-year-old Phil Markoff was arrested after being stopped south of Boston on Interstate 95.

Davis says authorities had the Boston University student under surveillance "for days" before arresting him.

Markoff is charged with killing Julissa Brisman. She was found dead Tuesday at a Boston hotel. Police say the New York City woman advertised massage services on Craigslist and had a massage table set up in the room where she was shot.

Markoff is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow.

Imagine that. You advertise for junk like this, and knowing with all the crime on internet that this happens. What do you expect? People need to wake up and smell the coffee.

Why why why do people use craigslist for something like this? Meeting a man you don't know but who found you on something like craiglist, in a hotel for a massage. I mean really. What can you really expect when you find a customer for a massage on craigslist. I wouldn't buy or sell a dog house on there. I've yet to hear of anyone with a good, legitimate dealing on there, and how many have ended up dead or hurt or scammed?
