Lawmen in Wayne County say one of three suspects in a burglary where three people were held at gunpoint is in custody. Two other suspects remain on the loose.
Wayne County lawmen say three men broke into a house on Drummersville Road in the Seven Springs community of Wayne County on March 21. Three people were held at gunpoint and restrained with plastic wire ties.
Deputies say the suspects were seen traveling toward Duplin County with some cash and valuables.
The arrest of 26-year-old Moises Morales Rodas of Pine St. in Wallace was announced Friday morning. Lawmen say they received a tip that one of the suspects lived in Wallace.
Rodas is charged with armed robbery, first degree burglary and first degree kidnapping. His bond was set at $100,000
