Cop Accused Of Urinating On Metallica Fans Faces More Charges

A former Cape Cod police officer accused of exposing himself and urinating on other fans at a Metallica concert in Boston is facing additional charges.

Prosecutors said Wednesday 29-year-old Joseph Houston has been charged with assault and battery and open and gross lewdness.

Houston was still a member of the Brewster Police Department on Jan. 18 when he allegedly exposed himself and urinated on two people, including a 17-year-old girl, attending the Metallica show.

Prosecutors say Houston was thrown out of the facility by police, then showed his badge to get back in. He was arrested for trespassing.

Brewster Chief Richard Koch says Houston no longer works for the department.

People need to realize that even police officers are people and make mistakes. Unless he was on duty at the time then the police department has nothing to do with it.

There is no reason for the police department to be sued. That will only make the tax payers have a bigger bill. That would also mean the victims would have to may for it in the end thought there taxes. Stop and think for a minute. I agree he should be sued but not the police department. They have fired him so they did there part.

Why should the police department be sued? He was off duty, not in uniform, and now out of a job.

This is so gross. The people should sue him and the police department. I think they should allow her to urinate in his face but he might enjoy that. If I was the young girl I would personally see that he no longer had the baby maker business and he might make the female population go up by 1.
