Four Teens Charged With ATM Robbery

Four teens have been charged with robbing a man at an ATM.

It happened at a Cash Points ATM on Neuse Boulevard in New Bern. The victim told police the robbers were all dresses in black and wearing bandanas. They demanded his money and keys to his truck.

Police patroling in the area quickly spotted three suspects matching the description given my the victim. A fourth suspect was caught a short time later.

Torian West and Overtis Dix, who are both 16, and 18-year-old Phillip Davis are charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit a felony. A fourth suspect, who is 13, was turned over to juvenile authorities.

Police say no one was injured during the robbery.

    overtis dix was in my daughters class and he seemed to be a well behaved child
