Gunfire rings through the home of a Jacksonville man and police say they have caught the people responsible.
Jacksonville Police tell WITN that a domestic dispute lead to gunfire early Sunday morning on Lakewood Drive.
Police say the victim, Terrell Johnnies and Rhonda Thompson got into an altercation which lead to Thompson coming back to Johnnies home with four people and one having a shotgun.
Police say 24 year-old Dominique Tumane Moore fired the shotgun into the home of Johnnies.
After investigating the case Police inform WITN that Moore along with Thompson, Brittney Boyd, Robert Lewis, and William Hodge III were all present when the shot was fired into the home.
All have been arrested and charged with a crime. No one was injured inside the Johnnies home police say.

Discharging Weapon into an Occupied Dwelling

On February 8, 2009 at 0441 officers were sent to a residence on Lakewood Drive in reference to someone firing a weapon into the residence. Upon arrival, officers met with the victim, Terrell Johnnies to begin their investigation. The investigation revealed that the victim and Rhonda Thompson got into an altercation at the victim’s residence. Thompson and some of her friends then left the victim’s residence. A short period of time later someone fired a shotgun into the victim’s residence and no one was injured.
Further investigation led to the identification and arrest of four (4) individuals who were with the person responsible for the shooting. All four (4) were present at the time of the shooting. These individuals are listed below;

The person responsible for the shooting has been identified as;
Dominique Tumane Moore, Age 24, and he has been charged with the below listed charges.
