"Person Of Interest" Named In Murder Investigation

Police say they have a person of interest in Friday's murder in Greenville.

Antwon Bowman is wanted by police for questioning in the death of Jesse Ray Staton. Staton was found shot early Friday morning in the parking lot of an apartment building on Chestnut Street.

Police say they do not have arrest warrants for 20-year-old Bowman at this time and detectives believe he has pertinent information about the crime.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the Farmville man is urged to contact Greenville police at 252-329-4138 or Pitt/Greenville Crimestoppers at 252-758-7777.

Secondly (Anonymous 10:33PM), the address was Chestnut Street. With this piece of information i am positive that it is not my people or our people. If you want to call it your people or those people that is your preference. I like that i still have the option of deciding whether or not i choose to be together or separate and not pushed into making that decision.

First off sorry, I believe you were trying to say weren't and what does your people supposed to mean? This is the United States and we should be together and not seperate, so lets stop with the your people and be mature enough to know that it is our people. Guns don't define race. People do and every race uses them.
