Police say a would be robber hit a big snag in his getaway plan...a tree.

Washington police say Clarence Wainwright is charged with felony breaking and entering that happened early Friday morning at the Blockbuster Video store on 15th street.

Repeat?? And this makes how many times the great and mighty system has failed us? Its starts at the local level with our DA's but NC needs to step-up and keep these folks safe behind bars. Everyone deserves a chance to change but after that keep them where they belong! We, the tax payers, pay for these criminals anyway. Great job Washington PD..I'm sure "someone" will bail him out again. Maybe our streets will be a little safer until he and others like him get out...

There is a reason that he is a criminal. He is too dumb and lazy to get a real job. A real job would cut into the porch and dealing time.
