Three Charged With Greenville Home Invasion

A home invasion late last night lands three Pitt County men in jail.

It happened on Brighton Park Drive.

The victim is a 24-year-old man who told police three men wearing bandannas kicked in his back door. The victim and his two friends were ordered to get on the floor, instead they ran out the back door.

Police say the robbers then left empty handed. The victim was able to give police a description of the getaway vehicle and officers spotted it on West 5th Street.

Charged with attempted armed robbery and first degree burglary are Malcolm Daniels, 21 of Greenville, George Williams-Wylie, 19 of Greenville and Steven Davis, 19 of Ayden.

I know 2 of these young me.I am a African American married woman of 2 children. There is NO excuse for their action. One of these young men was in college at ECSU and his mother worked hard to get him their. He is old enough to know better and he should be made to learn that crime does not pay.Education and hard work pays, not kicking in someones door.

A wife should keep her husband happy. If a man is not happy yes he may become a drunk. Put 2 and 2 together. Again WITN thanks for not posting my comments, I guess that's what I get for thinking for myself and speaking the truth.

I don't believe one of the guys did this crime. He is a good kid and is in college and his mother and father are very good parents. I Just hope and pray that the truth will come out and he will be able to go back to college.

So, you don't think a man could become a drunk after he is married? You are living a black & white life in a very gray world. It is you that is in need of your prayer. Do not waste your breath on me as you fail to see that every situation is different.

Again WITN refuses to post anything that may upset the liberals. So I will try a watered down version of the truth. Pregnancy should not occur before marriage. Obviously you should not marry a drunk or an abuser. It takes two people to make a baby for a reason. Statistics prove that children are better off in a two parent home. If you can not provide this there is are other adoptions. There are plenty of conservative Christian couple who would love a child. Children deserve two parents, two God fearing, loving parents who will raise them with morals and values. I will pray for you that you may see the truth and accept a nice straight conservative lifestyle. God Bless

Jesus Loves Me: You are wrong in every way. You are telling me that a child would be better off with their father even if he was abusive? First you say that you wouldn't trade 1 animal for a school full of children. Now you say that children are never better off without their fathers. I don't know how much experiance you have had with people outside you small circle but you DO NOT KNOW what you are talking about. If a father is abusive, molesting, a drunkerd or many other things the child WOULD be better off without hem. You are blinded by your ignorance of how the real world is. I'm sorry but I know of more than a few children that would have turned out alot better if it hadn't been for their father. Purhaps this will offend you due to the FACT of the matter.

Children are never better off without their father. Perhaps the truth offended you but it is something you will have to accept. And I doubt dear that your Bible says "one is without sin be the first to cast stones" because the Bible was written by people who were capable of using proper grammer. I will pray for you and your children.
