Roanoke Rapids Home Invasion

Halifax County authorities are investigating a home invasion that happened early this morning in Roanoke rapids.

The victim, Thomas Edwards, says someone barged into his home and robbed him at gunpoint.

No one was injured, but the suspect did get away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

    Yes what Obama did was only for Illinois, because that's all he could do. He and he appointees want to and intend to do the same nationwide.

    A National Rifle Association ad features a retired police officer who claims Obama "didn't think we should be allowed to use a firearm for self-defense." That refers to a vote in the Illinois Legislature to uphold enforcement of local gun bans. It wouldn't have made it a crime to use guns for self-protection elsewhere. If you are going to spread half of the story, atleast give the good half, or would that interupt your biased views?

    You know it's bad when a home invasion happens up in Roanoke Rapids. That city has one of the lowest crime rates per capita in the state and is supposed to be a very nice place. Anything can happen.

    This is a crying shame that our society has come to this that people are not even safe in their own homes. This is a bad time of yr anyway for alot of folks and now that the economy is so bad, it's even worse. God help us all.
