A Rock Hill inmate who became a fugitive is back in prison Sunday night after a search throughout the Carolina's this weekend led to his capture.
James Wilson Petit disappeared Friday night after walking off of his work site in Rock Hill .
Petit began serving a 10 year sentence in 2005 for grand larceny in York County and was being housed at a pre-release center.
The Department Of Corrections say that Petit was taken in without incident this Sunday morning.
