A police chase Tuesday afternoon led authorities to a drug arrest.
Goldsboro police have charged Travis Murray with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, fleeing to allude arrest, assault on a law enforcement office with a deadly weapon, littering and driving with a revoked license.
Police say they chased Murray down Wayne Memorial Drive yesterday afternoon. Officers deployed three different sets of stop sticks, but say Murray drove around all of them.
According to police, the littering charge stems from the suspect throwing out drugs, scales and a cell phone while he was being chased.
The 28-year-old Murray is in jail under a $100,000 bond.
