Young Murder Suspect Can Spend Holiday With Mother

An 8-year-old boy accused of killing his father and another man in Arizona will be allowed to spend Thanksgiving with his mother.

Judge Michael Roca decided over prosecutors' objections Wednesday to allow the boy to leave juvenile detention for two days.

The boy faces two counts of murder in the deaths Nov. 5 of his
father and a man who was renting a room in the family's home in the
eastern Arizona town of St. Johns.

Roca ordered that no guns or knives be around while the boy is free.

The boy's mother lives in Mississippi but said Wednesday she is staying in St. Johns.

The boy had been living with his father and stepmother.

James, those days are long gone! Kid's now are more than capable of doing things like this! I know of a case that I investigated that involved a 10 year old raping a 4 year old girl.. tell me that children do not think of these things! You would be quite suprised at the thoughts that come from these children now in the age of Internet, cell phones, and violent video games.

This kid must be a menace to society. I don't think he will harm his mother, but if he'll kill two people, there's no telling who he would kill. Wow...His parents birthed a little devil.
