I am the Mother of William Welton. Lord Have Mercy On My SON And FORGIVE HIM, I know My Son better then any one, he is not robber, he was taught not rob, not to steal, but unfortunately the crack addition has taken control of his mind as a good Mother, I KNOW MY SON NEEDS HELP TO THE UTMOST. You know it as well as I know it, that a stone robber would never asked for one pack of cigarettes and take $100.00
